All Hail King Doug

I like Doug's wakeboarding skills. I like that Doug fixes catamarans and takes people on rides. Doug loves the family and comes to Nevada City every chance he can. I love him so much.

Decades Dance

7.4.2008 - Maui

You think Doug would have got it out of his system the last time he got a ticket, but he almost got another one. The Rangers held Enos ransom, took his keys and wallet. After sneaking away and waiting at the car for a half hour, he figured he had to go back for Enos. They both got a strong talking to. Seven Sacred Pools

Then we all jumped off the lower rock.
After a weekend of being in the car....

Enos really wanted to see the silversword, "it's the only place in the world it grows". Surprising he thinks that because Doug told us of about 100 he spotted when we were driving the 10 hour Road to Hana. Iao NeedleHonolua Bay

Enos made us stop and get Guri-Guri everytime we were in Kahalui.
"This is the only place in the world you can get it."

Doug has quite the photographers eye...nice one, isn't it. On the very long and very windy Road to Hana. This was one of the times that Doug could talk Enos into unlocking the windows so he could hang out. Doug kept asking to stop to get some more pictures, but Enos refused to lose our spot in the convoy.

We stopped at the Half Way to Hana store and got some delicious banana bread. There was banana bread everywhere. All pictures are courtesy of Ezekiel Enos :) Thanks Enos.

4th of July

After the softball game Thursday night, which we won, Joslin, Dave, and the other Dave were lounging on the couch, unaware that they looked like triplets with their red shirts and same relaxing positions. 
On the 4th of July, Al and Gio drove the boat at Bullard's Bar. I suppose Gio loved it
